Neu-Isenburg, 25 August 2015 – ProReServ, a fulfilment service provider specialist for trading, will be presenting its new Online Fulfilment business line for the first time at the IFA trade show for consumer electronics and home appliances which will take place in Berlin from 4 – 9 September. The service package created for retail supplements the existing portfolio which covers logistics, merchandising/rackjobbing, administration and sales. The occasion marks ProReServ’s first time participation in IFA, which the company, founded in 1999, has organised together with its customers Artwizz, Omnimount, Ultron, Mobiset, Lexar, TravelBlue, Panasonic Eneloop and HoMedics Group Ltd. HoMedics is a new customer of ProReServ. Along with other brands, the HoMedics Group includes the premium JAM headphone and audio system brand, as well as Marley headphones from The House of Marley. ProReServ is exhibiting in Hall 1.2, Booth 118.

ProReServ GmbH acts as a key link between manufacturers and various retailers. Online Fulfilment supplements the tried and tested “all-inclusive package” with immediate effect.  As a fulfilment service provider, ProReServ is therefore also a partner to its customers’ e-commerce activities and offers comprehensive content management in this context focused on content maintenance, online marketing, electronic order acceptance and reporting for customers. ProReServ assumes responsibility for the maintenance of product data and end-to-end processing – from electronic order acceptance, storage and order picking through to shipment, and including returns management.
